Dasho Karma Galay has Bachelor’s Degree from Sherubtse and a Master’s Degree from Stanford University. He started his career as Planning Officer at the erstwhile Planning Commission in 1995. He also worked as Chief Research Officer in CBS, Chief Programme Office in DLG, Director of DoR, MoWHS and Dzongda of Sarpang Dzongkhag.“

Mr. Sherab Zangpo

Mr Sherab Zangpo obtained Bachelors in Arts (Geography Hons) from Sherubtse, Kanglung, Masters in Human Resource Management from Monash University in Australia and Post Graduate Certificate in Development Management from Royal Institute of Management (RIM) in Thimphu.
(On 2004 on wards) He served as a Human Resource Officer in Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs (MoHCA) and Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) for 12 years; (On 2016 on ward) he was serving as Dungpa at Sakteng Dungkhag and currently, he is serving as Dungpa at Nganglam Dungkhag.

Mr. Thinlay Gyamtsho
Mr. Thinlay Gyamtsho is the proprietor of T&K Construction Pvt Limited established in May 28, 1990. Currently, he is also serving as the President of Construction Association of Bhutan (CAB) and the Board of Directors of IFAWPCA, Bhutan Insurance Limited and Construction Board of Bhutan. He is also the chairman of Briquette Manufacturing Pvt Limited.

Mr Pema Wangchuk obtained Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) from Sherubtse College, Kanglung and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok, Thailand.
He is a very enthusiastic social worker, mentor and qualified trainer on business and entrepreneurship. He has about 15 years of working experience in corporations and NGOs and continues to remain engaged with activities of NGOs, colleges, institutes and corporations in various capacities.
Before joining CDCL he served as Special Executive in Entrepreneurship and Education at Loden Foundation, Thimphu. Currently, he is serving as Director, Department of Corporate Service (DCS) in Construction Development Corporation Limited.

Mr. Sonam Darjay
Chief Licensing & Technical Division, Bhutan Electricity Authority
Mr Sonam Darjay obtained a Master of Business Administration, University of Canberra, Australia, Advanced Diploma of Applied Environmental Management, Northern Sydney Institute, Australia, and Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), College of Science and Technology, Bhutan.
Since, 2010 he has undertaken numerous professional activities from the licensing of hydropower and alternate renewable energy projects, and developing regulations related to electricity generation, transmission, distribution and sales in Bhutan. Besides his professional capacity, he is passionate about studying the performance of the companies listed in the stock market. Also, transformational leadership, employee motivation, environmental management, and the application of disruptive technologies are his other area of interest.
He is currently working as Acting Chief, Licensing and Technical Division in Bhutan Electricity Authority.

Mr Tshering Tenzin obtained Bachelors of Technology in Electrical Engineering from REC Hamirpur, University of Himachal Pradesh and Master in Business Administration from Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines.
He served in Bhutan Power Corporation for 10 years; during his entire tenure, he took charge of Rural Electrification Projects, constructed with assistance from various multinational funding. Prior to joining the company, he served as General Manager for Corporate Planning and Business Development in CDCL. He also had held senior positions in DHI-INFRA which was later merged with CDCL. He has extensive experience in Project Management, Contract and Procurement. Currently, he is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Dungsam Polymers Limited.
